Please note we cannot deliver to Northern and Southern Ireland.

DELIVERY TIME will be approximately 10 working days.

All deliveries will be made kerbside from the local pallet haulier who will contact you directly by phone or e-mail to arrange a suitable delivery slot and must be signed for.

If the delivery has failed to be delivered because you were not available to receive the delivery after you have been notified of the delivery slot we reserve the right to charge for redelivery at your expense prior to resending. We cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries if; You are not present, or the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. You provide incorrect contact information at the time you placed the order.

RETURNS

We hope you will be delighted with your arbour, however, should you change your mind you have a statutory right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging intact.

You will need to arrange for the return to us at your cost. Please make sure you pack your return to prevent any damage as the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and have been checked. We are able to help arrange a collection if that is easier for you – please contact the office for the cost of a collection via our haulier. Refunds will be made to the same payment method you used to make the order and will be processed within 7 days of receipt of goods.

PRODUCTS ARRIVE DAMAGED

All products leave us in perfect condition, however, in the unfortunate circumstance where a product has arrived damaged, please notify us within 24 hours, either by telephone or e-mail with photographs attached, so that we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

We will arrange for free of charge replacement parts to be sent to you where applicable.

MISSING OR FAULTY PARTS

You must notify us of any missing or faulty parts within 30 days of delivery, either by telephone or e-mail with photographs attached, and we will arrange for replacement parts to be sent to you free of charge.
